Desired Experience and Competencies:

  • 7+ years of Cloud Solution Architecture experience, both in delivery and presales, overall IT experience of more than 7 years
  • Previous experience within the services domain – including but not limited to Robust Public Cloud services understanding, Cloud Platform Architecture, Technical Design & Architecture, Enterprise Architecture
  • IT Services Management (ITIL)
  • Working knowledge of IT operational procedures, processes, and automation technologies
  • Excellent knowledge on Operating Systems, Virtualization, Storage, Network, Security
  • University degree, Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or higher in CS or equivalent

Key Responsibilities:

  • Demonstrated experience in Cloud Platform (Azure/AWS), combined with a solid understanding of application and infrastructure
  • Previous Cloud migration experience is essential
  • Proven experience delivering technical Azure/AWS solutions are preferred, GCP would be advantageous, combined with pre-sales experience
  • Ability to understand business requirements, commercial acumen and convert into technical solution designs of public cloud from infrastructure perspective
  • Highly skilled in cloud transformation, assessing and converting on-premise infrastructure to cloud solutions
  • Key to the role is having previously held customer facing roles, presenting and effectively communicating with all stakeholders
  • Some familiarity with project methodologies would be highly regarded.

Desired Competency and Experience:

  • Work experience in B2B Inside Sales within IT and Cloud Services sectors
  • Experience with solution selling, Microsoft technologies, including O365 and Azure
  • International calling experience especially to the US and UK
  • Objection handling and the ability to achieve sales targets by delivering the end-to-end sales cycle

Key responsibilities to highlight:

  • Deliver the end-to-end sales cycle with a focus on Microsoft products and services and working with multiple stakeholders simultaneously
  • Maintain contact and communication with all project team members and other participants to ensure conformity with the requirements of each project(s) and client user expectations
  • Assist sales/Pre-sales team during opportunity assessment and proposal phases of the service delivery process, particularly as it relates to deployment approach, timeline, and deliverables.
  • Build strong, effective and enduring relationships with our customers

Key Responsibilities :

  • Building and maintaining Client relationships
  • Resolving Client queries
  • Researching and cross-selling additional services that benefit clients
  • Serve as contact point for key customers and internal teams
  • Status meetings with clients, outreach with Reports and various updates
  • Annual planning meeting with each client
  • Respond to all customer requests within 24 hours (including weekends) 
  • Escalate bigger issues to Senior leaders or the Management Team


Skills and Competencies :

  • 7+ years professional work experience from which 2+ years are with a focus on Customer Success Management
  • Demonstrated experience working with customers business and services
  • Experience working with Advanced Excel, Macros, MS Project
  • Good understanding of Cloud Technologies
  • Experience working within the IT industry is advantageous


Key responsibilities :

  • Evaluate needs and deliver solutions using Azure services and service components
  • Engineer MS Azure solutions, providing deep technical knowledge on various Azure architecture elements deployed
  • Develop concise and accurate engineering documentation including design, artifacts, knowledge guides, and operating procedures
  • Provide hands-on technical support for the design, construction, configuration, and maintenance of all facets of an Azure Tenant
  • Ability to verify the integrity and availability of hardware, server resources, systems, and key processes, reviewing system and application logs
  • Facilitate discovery sessions and surface and analyze customer business requirements and align it with Azure services and cloud adoption framework.


Skills and Competencies :

  • Bachelor’s in Computer Science/Engineering Degree or equivalent
  • 7+ years of experience with MS Azure in Production and Disaster Recovery environment
  • Experience maintaining metrics and SLAs
  • Expert knowledge of the Azure environment including applications, features, configuration, integration, and problem resolution.
  • Hands-on experience with implementation, deployment, migration, and support of Azure services, including related Azure service components

Key Responsibilities :

  • Provide technical and operational subject matter expertise of Office 365 with an emphasis on security
  • Evaluate needs and deliver solutions using OneDrive, Teams, SharePoint, and other O365 collaboration tools
  • Engineer Office 365 Groups, Teams, providing deep technical knowledge on various teams architecture elements deployed
  • Support the development, deployment, and execution of Office 365 services and develop related service strategies


Skills and Competencies :

  • 5+ years of experience with Exchange Online, Office 365, PowerShell use in Production environment, SharePoint/O365 administrator experience
  • Experience maintaining metrics and SLAs
  • Expert knowledge of the O365/SharePoint environment including applications, features, configuration, integration, and problem resolution
  • Hands-on experience with implementation, deployment, migration, and support of core O365 services

Key Responsibilities :

  • Own and manage project planning, execution, monitoring, and control, while complying with PMP best practices
  • Manage large and diverse teams and projects
  • Ensure following of process and project documentation, as well as compliance with client requirements and business needs
  • Manage communication with external and internal stakeholders (clients, sponsors, executives, etc.)
  • Assure customer satisfaction


Skills and Competencies :

  • 5+ years of Project Management experience using Excel, Microsoft Project, and any PSA (Project Service Automation)
  • Deep knowledge on Microsoft Azure or AWS, O365
  • Contribute to cloud and infrastructure solutions designs
  • Working knowledge of Infra and Cloud practices and technologies are highly regarded

Key Responsibilities :

  • Lead and manage a 24x7x365 Security Operations Center providing technical oversight, and tactical and strategic initiatives
  • Effectively ensure incident identification, assessment, quantification, reporting, communication, mitigation and monitoring, leveraging our internal team of Infrastructure Specialist
  • Responsible for team management, scheduling, utilization of resources and initiation of corrective action where required for the Security Operations Center
  • Management, administration and maintenance of security devices under the supervision of SOC
  • Perform threat management, threat modelling, identify threat vectors and develop user cases for security monitoring
  • Responsible for integration of standard and non-standard logs


Skills and Competencies :

  • Experience maintaining metrics and SLA’s
  • Demonstrated experience in networking, telecommunications integration, design and architecture
  • Ability to build, lead and develop a high-performance team of IT Security Analysts
  • Expertise with industry standard frameworks (ISO, NIST, PCI)

Key Responsibilities :

  • Experience on Incident and Task management tool like remedy, EM7 etc.
  • Strong understanding and experience with MS Exchange 2003/2007/2010 in an enterprise environment including backup and restore procedures, Front End/Back End setups, OWA, RPC/HTTPS, message flow and security. 
  • Day to day administration, support, maintenance and monitoring of the MS Exchange 
  • Hands on experience in migrating from On-Premises to O365.
  • Hands on experience in migrating public folder & Mail box.


Skills and Competencies : 

  • Strong knowledge of messaging services – MS Exchange 2003/2007/2010/2016 infrastructure. Day to day troubleshooting of Outlook issues; Administration of mailboxes and Users accounts 
  • Public Folder creation, replication and rights assignments. Message tracking and troubleshooting to resolve mail delivery issues 
  • Configuration, management and troubleshooting of remote e-mail access using Outlook and OWA 
  • Patch and configuration management of MS Exchange. Good active directory knowledge to resolve exchange related issues.
  • Experience in handling communication servers like OCS and Lync servers. Strong Active Directory knowledge to resolve exchange related issues. Good knowledge of archiving servers like Enterprise Vault.
